Extraction and Isolation of Cellulose from Cladodes of Cactus Opuntia Ficus-Indica

چکیده

Cellulose is the most abundant material in earth, it considered a renewable polymer of cell walls wood and plant cells, their interest use different field purpose extracting namely: cellulose native (cotton), transformation into sheets (paper filter paper), cupric cellulose, zinc (industrial applications), functionalization cellulosic materials printed electronics, textile, treatment, medicine, agribusiness. The objective this study, extraction at several stages recovery waste based on old cactus rackets, type Opuntia ficus -indica smooth. extracted showed good isolation, dispersion purification nanofibrils by removal oils, mucilage, pectins, hemicellulose coloring substances. substitution ethanol acetone protocol used [1], gave suspensions purified well individualized, other hand from beet pulp, chuck pulp prickly pear fruit peel requires mechanical homogenizer.
